Supported by industry partnerships, our mission is to accelerate platform development and drive clinical translation. Our research spans cancer biology, antibody discovery and engineering, bispecific antibody development, and T-cell–based therapies.

We are seeking a Research Scientist who shares our passion for translational cancer research and is eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapeutic approaches with real clinical impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or contribute to research projects in T-cell–based therapies, with emphasis on T-cell engineering and optimization.

  • Support the development of platforms aimed at clinical translation.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize experimental workflows.

  • Advance translational studies with potential for startup development.

Requirements
  • PhD in Immunology or Cancer Immunotherapy.

  • Strong knowledge of immunology, cancer immunotherapy, T-cell biology, and/or structural biology.

  • Hands-on experience in animal handling and immune cell culture.

  • Prior experience in T-cell therapy development (CAR-T, TCR-T, or related).

  • Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques.

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
